I ordered something from House of Beauty India but ended up choosing the wrong shade, so I had to return it. I was a little nervous at first because returns can be annoying sometimes, if that makes sense, but my request was accepted quickly.
The whole process was explained clearly, and I kept getting email updates without having to chase anyone. Nobody made it complicated or tried to push me into keeping the product, which I really appreciated.
The refund was back in my account within a few days. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience

"I can literally always find what I need"
I usually end up finding the beauty products I’m looking for here, even shades that are sold out on other sites. The site is easy enough to use, and the availability is literally impressive.

"Good prices, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered a few beauty products from houseofbeautyindia.com because the prices were better than what I found on other sites. The products turned out fine too, nothing seemed cheap or fake, so for what I paid, it felt worth it. The only thing is I felt a little ignored when I had a small question and didn’t get much of a response. Still, if they keep the prices like this, I’d probably buy again

"Shipping updates could’ve been handled better"
I did get my order in the end, but the shipping updates were late and not very helpful. When I asked about it, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve already known what was going on. Not the worst experience, but it could’ve been a lot smoother

I ordered from houseofbeautyindia.com for the first time and, to be honest, I wasn’t really expecting the delivery to be that quick.
But the package arrived much earlier than I thought, and everything was packed properly. No confusing updates, no unnecessary delays, just a smooth experience, which is what you hope for when you’re paying for something.
I really appreciate when a store respects people’s time and handles orders decently. I’m happy with the delivery and would definitely order again when I need something urgently.

"Pretty easy to use, I think"
I used the website on my phone and it was straightforward. The categories loaded quickly, and I didn’t feel like I was clicking around forever trying to find what I needed. Checkout was simple too, at least from what I remember, with no weird or confusing steps. I do think the filters could maybe be a little better, but overall I was happy with the experience.

I ordered from houseofbeautyindia.com the packaging was really neat. The box felt sturdy, and everything inside was packed tightly, not just thrown in like some sites seem to do when they’re in a hurry.
All my products arrived safely with no leakage, dents, or damage. Even the glass bottle was wrapped properly, which I really appreciated. It’s a small thing, but with beauty products, proper packaging makes a big difference. I was happy with the order.
